Brides by the Bay were recommended to me by one of my close friends, who had bought her wedding dress from your store. Your store was the second one I went into - we left the first one, which shall remain nameless, because of really bad customer service. I was feeling a little overwhelmed when we entered Brides by the Bay but the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by one of your staff who asked me my name and wedding date and started getting ideas on the type of dress I was interested in. I was really impressed and slightly less stressed!

My dress was the 3rd one I tried on and I was in love with it before I had even been laced in!

When my gown arrived, I came to try it on and although it said size 6 it was actually a size 16. You handled the situation fantastically and contacted the company to arrange for a new one to be sent straight away. It arrived with time to spare and didn't even need any alterations other than adding in a bustle. I really appreciated everything you did for me. The way you organised everything and your assurances throughout, kept my stress levels to a minimum!

I aslo bought my veil and wedding jewellery from your shop and was completely happy with the quality. You have a fantastic range in your store and pack a lot into your shop - it's very deceiving from the outside!

I guess what I wanted to achieve from this e-mail was just to say that my whole experience with your store was a positive one. Each and every one of your staff are friendly, helpful and really made me feel like the most beautiful bride in the shop with all of their comments. It goes without saying that I will recommend your store to whoever I can!
